Position Job Summary/Major Responsibilities General Eligibility Criteria
Divisional Head Law Enforcement Agency (Grade: SVP/EVP-I) Divisional Head shall be responsible for managing the Bank's Law Enforcement Agencies Division and rendering assistance/advising the Chief Legal Officer on handling related issues. The position shall inter alia be responsible for maintaining data, handling, managing and overseeing of all matters pertaining to law enforcement agencies. Ensure effective liaison with all law enforcement agencies and other related government bodies. Protecting the rights and interests of the Bank in its dealings with law enforcement agencies within the legal framework and law of the land. Periodic updating of status of pending/resolved law enforcement matters to the Chief Legal Officer and President/CEO. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's (14 years) or equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized University, Candidates having a Master's Degree shall be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 9 Years of overall experience of intelligence & security assignments or 9 Years of overall experience in a Law enforcement agency(s). Post retirement experience of public sector and/or large national/multinational organization shall be given preference.
Age: Upto 55 years as of October 17, 2021.
Divisional Head Legal Affairs (Grade: SVP/EVP-1) The role includes carrying out of legal analysis, expressing opinions, examining, scrutinizing and draft of legal documents, advising and strategizing legal actions for the Bank. In particular, the position shall inter alia be responsible for overseeing the Bank's Corporate & Regulatory affairs, Contractual affairs, Labor and other legal assignments. Handling, managing and overseeing of all legal matters pertaining to Legal Affairs Division. Protecting the rights and interests of the Bank and maintaining its legal framework /policies within the scope of law of the land, statutory bodies/ regulatory requirements and Bank's internal policies. Drafting, vetting and advisory work on MoUs, Agreements and Contracts of the Bank. Providing legal advice, opinions and assistance to various Groups/Divisions of the Bank on matters involving legal issues. Ensuring effective liaison with external legal counsels, external bodies and government authorities on various legal assignments/projects. Effectively managing and supporting the team for achievement of best possible results in the interest of Bank. Periodic updating and reporting of pending and/or resolved legal matters to Chief Legal Officer. Qualification:
LLB from an HEC recognized local/foreign university. Candidates having LLM, Bar-at-Law or Legal Practitioners Course shall have added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 9 years of overall banking/contractual/ corporate sector experience of handling legal matters in a reputable organization/Law firm.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of October 17, 2021.
