Post Qualfication and Experience
Chairperson Retired Judge of Superme Court of Pakistan or person qualifed to be a judge of the Supereme Court is eligible to apply.
The Chairperson will be appointed for a period of three years
The Chairman in his/her position will supervise the overall working of the Council as detailed in the PCP Ordinance 2002
The Chairperson shall be entitled to salary, allowances and privileges admissible under rules.
