I am M.Sc. Gold medalist and broke 40 years old record of the Punjab University. I got 1st position not only in M.Sc. Botony but also stood first in the whole sciences. At the age of 20 I completed my M.Sc. Soon after my result I was appointed as a lecturer in Queen Marry Collage Lahore. During my service there I was engaged, got married then moved to foreign countries. I returned to Pakistan in 1986.

In 1986 PAF School was upgraded to PAF College. They gave an advertisement for new lecturers and my son after reading it brought the paper to me. I applied and succeeded after competing with almost 400 candidates. I also got a chance to be the principal of PAF College for a short period.

Here at Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa Model Degree College I applied for the principal post. I joined on one condition that they will not interfere in my decesions relevant to college; which they accepted.

When I joined this college, there were only 300 students at that time. Now there are 1500 students. Moreover we have been producing 100% result for the last four years in FA. In BA last year 28 colleges gave less than 10% pass percentage. 18 colleges gave 0% result. While our result was 90% result and not a singal student got 3rd division.

There was Intel competition in which 60 principals took part, who have to give the best suggestions about there vision of role of computer technology in future. The candidates had to be through a presentation and two hours telephonic interview to the short listed. After visiting our offices interviewing our students. The jury of Intel announced me as the winner of the competition. Awarding me with the cash prize of Rs. 50,000 /- which i donated to the college.
