Lahore: The management of University of Engineering and Technology (UET) has announced that it would hold its 23rd convocation on November 8th, 2016 in UET Auditorium complex Lahore for the academic session 2012.
Given are the instructions for the candidates who wish to participate in UET 23rd convocation:

o Computerized National identity card is necessary for entry into UET premises.
o Attendance in the rehearsal scheduled on November 7th, 2016 at 2:00 pm is compulsory.
o Only the candidates having “PASS” will be allowed to enter and attend the convocation.
o “Entry PASS” will be issued to receivers cleared by Security Agencies from the concerned Departments instantly after the rehearsal.
o Degrees will be granted to those receivers who have applied for the same in the Examination Branch. Moreover, the list of the candidates whose degrees have already been made is given on UET and UAMS website.
o All eligible receivers, who wish to participate in the Convocation, are required to fill in the registration form.
o Wearing of Gowns and Hoods/Caps at the Rehearsal and Convocation is necessary.
o Gowns and Hoods/Caps would be available on hire charges at stalls made at the University on the rehearsal day.
o Parents of degree / medal recipients are permitted to attend the Convocation along with their son/daughter subject to prior approval of the University.
o In this respect the application might be submitted to the office of Controller of Examinations for approval before October 31st, 2016.
o NO application will be accepted after October 31st.
o The entry of parents in Convocation Hall will also be subject to showing of their Identity card.
