UAF to start 3 new undergraduate programs

Faisalabad, The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) has declared that university would begin three new undergraduate programs. Vice Chancellor Prof Iqrar Ahmad Khan while addressing at an Academic Council meeting said that along with an associate degree in Feed Technology, the university will also start Bachelor of Science degrees in International Relations and Software engineering this year.

The council also declared the optimal of scientists in which they are engaged in research work and considered different means to eliminate plagiarism. The VC said that the real challenge is how to use it and put on the knowledge gained through it.

Kinnaird College for Women Lahore is going to organize a fashion show on March 1st, 2013 to celebrate the 100 years of Style, Fashion and Glamour, FS Events and PR, in collaboration with OAKS (Old Association of Kinnaird Students) will organize a Fashion Show unlike any other. Designers from Karachi and Lahore will take part in the event at Kinnaird College, to display their latest and top brands.

The venue of the programs is at Perin Boga Amphitheater, Kinnaird College for Women Lahore at 6:30 pm.

Kinnaird College (KC) conducted opening ceremony of centennial celebrations on Monday.

A large number of faculty members, students, alumni and notable guests took part in the event. Famous celebrities such as Durdana Butt, Faryal Gauhar and Madeeha Gauhar also attended it.

Kinnaird College for Women Principal Dr. Rukhsana welcomed the audience and said It is a landmark in the history of attainments and assistances towards empowering women.
