RAWALPINDI, An official of Fulbright Programme on Friday advised the Pakistani students to explore the opportunities for study and research in the United States of America.

Zehra Ratani, senior educational adviser Fulbright Programe, United States Educational Foundation (USEF), said this while speaking at a lecture organised by the foundation at Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), said a press release issued here.

Ms Ratani said that objective of the foundation was to foster mutual understanding between the people of Pakistan and the United States through educational and cultural exchange.

She informed the audience that the foundation facilitates the students and academics who wish to proceed to US for higher studies.

She said the USEF staff was available in Islamabad to facilitate any query regarding the visa procedure to proceed to US for studies. She said that the USEFP administers a number of scholarship programmes, including the Fulbright.
