STFS Scheme is on the Hunt of 300 Young Talented Science Students for 5th Scholarship Batch

Pakistan Science Foundation is managing an exercise to provide scholarships for young and talented science students. They are organizing STFS (Science Talent Farming Scheme) to pick the STSF 5^th batch of 300 students who want to pursue their studies in Science and have a knack for it. These students will be groomed and trained accordingly in STFS Scholarship Scheme so they can play a vital part in in-country development and become Future eminent of science.

Eligibility of Candidates and Paperwork in STSF 5^th batch

There is a versatile criterion through which the STFS is going to select the eligible candidates for the scholarships. The students should have a matric result passed with more than 60% marks or 2^nd division. He\she should have 70% marks average in all Science subjects. Students have to attach their B-form and domicile certificate with their application and if the domicile of the student is not available than father CNIC is acceptable. Two colour passport size colour photos original fee deposit slip of bank. The incomplete application form will not be accepted.

Selection Stages and Benefits of STFS Scholarship Scheme

There is a series of steps which are involved in the selection of particular candidates. The administration will screen initial candidates on behalf of their marks. Then the students have to pass a written scientific test and then an IQ based test. Students then have to go through a serious interview and after that he\she are going to be selected. The limited seats will be allocated according to federal Quota system and first 30 seats are already reserved for trappers of a different board.

Students will be granted 10,000 Rs per month as an education scholarship of FSC two years. They will be allowed to take part in any research paper of their choice.
