Sindh University issues fee schedule for MBBS exams 2012

Karachi, Sindh University Controller of Examinations Dr. Naeem Tariq Narejo has announced that the Viva- Voce examinations of MA (Final) fresh & Failure for the external candidates in all the subjects of annual examination 2012 will be held from November 17, 2012 at Govt Degree College Kari Mori Hyderabad.

On the other hand controller has notified for information of all concerned eligible candidates of first professional (1st & 2nd year), Second professional (3rd year), third professional (4th Year) and Final professional M.B.B.S. annual examinations 2012 that they may fill in their examinations forms obtainable from the office of the principal, Muhammad Medical College Mirpur Khas from November 15 to November 26 and same can be submitted up to November 30, 2012.

He further informed that students could pay Rs. 7500/= fees up to due date whereas Rs. 5000/= will separately be charged as late fees from November 27 to December 7, 2012.

Moreover the result of M.Ed.( off campus) annual examination of 2011 has been declared. According to details 560 students participated in the exams whereas 11 students declared successful in 1st class. Similarly 326 students declared successful in 2nd class and only 3 students passed in 3rd class. Thus 91 students declared fail, 1 remained absent and the result of 128 candidates withheld due to various reasons.

The University of Sindh has ever since its inception held the Teacher Education in high priority, and has been committed to educating quality teachers and other professional personnel to help meet the staffing needs of public and private urban and rural schools. The teacher Education programs are extended to both in-service and pre-service needs.

The Faculty of Education started as the first teaching department of the University in 1951-52 achieving its FACULTY status in 1989. It has provided more than 15000 trained graduate teachers to man the educational network not only in Sindh but also in other part of Pakistan.
