RIS students launch save the polar bear campaign

The aspirants of Roots international school rise up their voice for keeping the polar bear through running a campaign ‘Wrap with care, save the polar bear’ at Wellington Campus.

The young aspirants of the schools said that the fire to secure the polar bear is dispersing internationally. Large numbers of students dedicated to join the campaign. Roots International Schools celebrated a day along with the aspirants to bring awareness on how to protect the feared endangered species of polar bear round about the world that have yielded to management and un-protecting environment for them.

The aspirants of Roots International School performed a tableau emphasizing on the fact that the decreasing in sea ice is also deliberated as the main threat, putting it on the feared endangered species of polar bear. The aspirants rise up the voice on the matter that few polar bears are frozen to death in water as they have no platform to rest on after the hunting, placing them to drown.

They stressed on the fact that people often control the cubs along with no care as cubs face despondent lives being cramped in crates the size of a shoebox, they don’t learn the abilities that they required to survive as of being trapped in these cages of terror; others are also traumatized as well as the die moments after release.

The aspirants end that tableau by saying “when the cubs are able to get out of their prison; it is not for freedom, it is to be executed and imported to other states like fur coats.” Young Rootsians also conveyed the speeches, “If the people understand that what is happening, then we can take the best steps for the protection of polar bears.” CEO of Roots International School Walid Mushtaq appreciated the efforts of the young students in bringing cognizance for the respective origin.
