Lahore, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Lahore including all educational boards of Punjab has announced the Inter FA/FSc Part 1 annual examination Result 2011 again on November 19, 2011 today. Lahore board and other educational boards of Punjab has announced their Inter part I result earlier on October 17 2011 and Punjab government had cancelled the result on October 22 following violent protest of the students.

According to the new revised result of Inter part I, pass percentage remained 47% while in the previous result issued, the pass percentage was 39% and 61% candidates were declared fail in these exams. But now more 8% candidates have been announced passed and failed students percentage is 53%.

Total 1, 24,402 candidates have been appeared in these exams and out of total, 57,500 candidates have been declared pass.  All the results have been rechecked and total 14, 3, 346 papers have been rechecked and 1, 66, 244 mistakes were found in the previous results. Now the complete result of Inter part I have been issued and there is no chance of mistakes this time.

The inter result 2011 was cancelled all over the Punjab and CM Shahbaz Sharif ordered to announce the result within one month. He also ordered for the investigation of this serious matter and gave an additional charge of Lahore Board Chairman to Punjab literacy and non-formal basic education department secretary Dr Allah Bakhsh Malik on Oct 19 for a month and later directed that the results should be declared afresh within six weeks. Dr Malik completed the task in less than a month (within his one-month tenure).

All Punjab boards have announced their Inter part I result again today and new result has been announced and now students can check their revised result on the official website of their respective board. Authorities of Lahore board claim that now the result is error free and all the mistakes have been rectified and new result sheets have been prepared.
