PU issues exams schedule of BS Applied Geology


Lahore, The examination schedule of BS Applied Geology has been announced by Punjab University Examinations Department. According to details the admission forms and fee for BS Applied Geology Second and Third Professional second annual examination 2013 and annual examination 2014. The admission forms with single fee can be submitted till June 12 while with double fee till June 13, 2014.
 
PU Institute of Communication Studies has celebrated 10th anniversary of Radio FM 104.6 on June 05 at its Hameed Nizami Memorial Conference Hall. The event was participated by Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal, PU VC Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran, MPA & Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Cultural Rana Muhammad Arshad, DG Radio Pakistan Samina Pervaiz, Regional Director APP Dr Waqar Ch, DG PILAC Dr Sughra Sadaf, famous columnist Dr Ajmal Niazi, BBC Shahid Malik. 
 
PU Environment Protection Department (EPD) in collaboration with Punjab and College of Earth and Environmental Science (CEES) organized seminar on World Environment Day at Al-Razi Hall CEES. Speakers of seminar emphasized that every individual should take part to save the environment. On this occasion the chief guest was Provincial Minister for Environment Col (Retd) Shuja Khanzada while Secretary Environment Punjab Muhammad Anwar Rasheed and Punjab University Vice Chancellor Mujahid Kamran were the guest of honours. The event was also participated by Director General Environment Farooq Hameed Sheikh, Principal CEES Prof Dr Firdoos Bareen, Assistant Professor M Kamran, Director EIA Naseem ur Rehman, DO Lahore Younas Zahid and large number of students of CEES.
