PU declares MBBS supply exams result 2013


Lahore, Punjab University Examinations Department has announced the results of MBBS First Professional Part 2 Supplementary Examination 2013 and MBBS Second Professional (Latest New Re-Organized Scheme) Supplementary Examination 2013. 
 
Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) has acknowledged the educational & research journal “Jihat Al-Islam” of Punjab University Faculty of Islamic Studies in “Y” category. Famous scholars across world were engaged in its editing and are consultancy members including Prof Dr Muhammad Yasin Mazhar Siddiqui and Prof Dr Nijat ullah Siddiqui from Ali Garh Muslim University India, Dr Syed Suleman Nidvi from South Africa, Dr Muzaffar Iqbal from Canada, Dr Hafiz Muhammad Salim from UK, Turkish Prof Dr Abdul Hameed Bareeshk, Prof Dr Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim from Egypt and Prof Dr Zafar ul Islam Islahi from India. 
 
Moreover the Journal has published a “Seerah Number” which was given by the President of Pakistan in 2013. PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran admired and acknowledged the Chief Editor Dr Tahira Basharat and Associate Prof Dr Muhammad Abdullah on this success.
 
The university has a great importance for higher education and are playing its worth role in this regard. The University struggles to provide amusing environment to get excellence in its academic activities. The varsity provides pleasant environment and low tuition fees which remains the institution of first choice for to get admission in the varsity.
 
The University comprises of 4 Campuses, 13 Faculties, 10 Constituent Colleges, over 63 Departments, Centres, Institutes, and 500+ affiliated colleges. It has over 730 permanent faculty members involved in teaching/research and over 30,000 on campus students. Annually there are about 350 exams for over 450,000 students.
