Lahore, Examination Department The University of Punjab has instructed over 2,000 candidates who are planning to appear for their B.Ed annual examination for 2010 to provide their BA/BSc degree verifications or their Certificate of Teaching (CT). These students are not PU graduate.
The B.Ed annual examinations are beginning on Sept 17. The PU’s examination department has sent the instructions to each candidate in writing.
Controller of Examinations Dr Zahid Karim Khan said 3,776 candidates had submitted their admission forms for the B.Ed examination. He further said, 1,332 candidates applied as regular candidates among which only 326 has provided their required documents to become eligible to sit in exams. There are nearly 2,118 candidates who didn’t provide the required relevant documents.
Dr Khan said the university was asking for the verification of documents because there had been reports about cheating.
