Lahore, University of the Punjab Lahore has awarded PhD degrees to Attiq ur Rehman S/o Muhammad Hanif in the subject of Islamic Studies. Attiq ur Rehman is awarded with PhD degree after the approval of his research thesis. The entitled of his research thesis was “Rights of Prisoners of War: Geneva Convention and Islamic Teachings.” The supervisor of his research thesis was Dr Ghulam Ali Khan, Assistant Professor, Department of Islamic Studies, University of the Punjab.
