Admission Forms:
O Interested candidates can get admission forms from Punjab University Jhelum campus by paying Rs 500/-.
O Students can submit these forms till September 6th, 2016.
O The candidates waiting for the result of FA / FSc or equivalent are also eligible to apply for this test.
O Campus will remain open on Saturday and Sunday.
O Candidates are advised to bring two passport size photographs as well as a copy of CNIC with them at the time of receiving forms as no separate call letter for entry test will be issued later.
Note:
Forms submitted after due date shall not be entertained.
