PTV arranged a Quiz Program at UET about Defense Day

Pakistan Television (PTV) arranged a quiz program between the students of various universities at New Auditorium Hall, UET Lahore about Defense Day. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid as well as the hero of war of 65 Major Gen. (R) Shafique Ahmad (SI) was the chief guests at that event.

Moreover UET, Punjab University, F.C College University, University of Central Punjab take part in this quiz program. It was the first round for the final competitions which will be held on 6th September 2015 at PTV centre Islamabad. University of the Punjab won the first round as well as qualified for the final round.

The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid show appreciation for the PTV and also recommended that these sorts of programs should be prearranged in future. UET will offer every sort of support in such kind of activities.

Between the personalities, Prof. Dr. Ghulam Abbas Anjum Dean Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Dr. Neelum Naz-Chairperson Architecture Department and Dr. Tanveer Qasim Public Relations Officer were also present.
