Principal tortures students in a private school

Chitral: A private school principal in Chitral on Tuesday tortured his students by hitting them along with the sticks however he was arrested when the video was shown on a private news channel and the case was filed against him.

SHO Iqbal Karim told that the cases were filed against the principal under the child protection act section 34 and 37 as well. Under these sections he could be jailed for 10 years and can be fined Rs 50,000.

When the education minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Atif Khan was asked about the incident, he said that the principal appears to have a psychological disorder.
