Pakistani students reached in Seimens Students Award 2011 final

Karachi, Pakistani students reached in the final of Seimens Students award 2011. This was the question asked by The Seimens Student Award 2011 “How can you build sustainable cities in a desert”? All over the Middle East about 630 students submitted their ideas to the best way to build a city in desert.

The top ten students are selected for their best answers to the question these top 10 students were from UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan. The great ideas of the students will be evaluated by international jury panel.

Top three winners of the competition will be announced at the award ceremony on Nov 1, 2011 in Doha. These top ten finalists from all over the Middle East are selected by the Siemens experts and 2 students are selected from Pakistan named Ali Sajid Malik from NED University of Engineering and Technology and Ahmadullah Mazullah from UET Lahore. The winners of this competition will take home share of 45,000 dollars as a prize.
