Mansehra: A biometric attendance system has been introduced by Hazara University (HU) on Tuesday. The vice-chancellor of Hazara University, Prof Dr Muhammad Idrees inaugurated this biometric system by marking his own personal attendance.
“Employees and officers of Hazara University and registrar officer will mark their attendance by utilizing this biometric system,” Vice Chancellor remarked.

He furthermore said that eventually the biometric system will also be used by all other departments. The VC informed that bio-metric system was installed on the instructions of the provincial government.
He urged the employees to mark their attendance by using this system and to discharge their duties honestly and effectively.
