Karachi, National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has announced student loan scheme which will provide financial assistance to eligible candidates who have financial limitations to continue their studies in Scientific, Technical and Professional education with Interest Free Loans.
 
The Scheme is being managed by Deputy Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, Presidents of the commercial banks and representative of Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan. Interested candidates can apply from the approved institutions of the country at graduation, post-graduation, MPhil and PhD level.
 
A candidate must have obtained admission on merit basis in the approved university and secured 70% marks in the exam.  The last date to apply for student loan scheme is February 28, 2014. Candidates can get the application forms from the designated bank branches of NBP.
