KU extends MPhil/PhD admission date

Karachi, University of Karachi has extended the last date till May 28 for submission of application forms for admission in M.Phil/PhD and MS Surgery/MD Medicine. 

Applicants should submit application forms in the respective department, centre or institute for admission in MPhil/PhD program while BASR Section will receive the admission forms of MS Surgery/MD Medicine and Law.in this regard the list of all the eligible students will be announced on June 03 and the respective student will be able to get admit cards for the tests and interviews from June 04-07.

The entry test will be organized on June 9 and list of qualified candidates of MPhil/PhD will be displayed on June 12 while interviews will be held on June 17. Final merit list of provisional admission will be put on to show on the University website www.uok.edu.pk and the respective departmental will also displayed it on notice board on June 24, 2013.
 
Meanwhile, KU has also extended the last date for submission of application forms for first and second years of BA (Pass)/BSc (Pass) and B.Com.
 
The university has declared that admission forms for First and Second Year of BA (Pass)/BSc (Pass) and B.Com exams can be submitted till June 13 with a late fee of Rs1, 000. The admission in the respective colleges will only be given in the respective subject on the availability of seats.

The University of Karachi was established in June, 1951. The present campus is established on 1279 acres of land, situated 12 Km away from the city center.
