KPK government announces Internship for graduates at IT Park Abbottabad & Peshawar

Peshawar: The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has announced internships at Information Technology Park Abbottabad and Peshawar for the year 2016-2017.

This announcement was made as government of KPK wants to promote the IT Parks at Abbottabad & Peshawar.

The government aims to develop the abilities of the workforce as well as improve their abilities which will increase the employment in the region and will also assist the firms in the IT Park.

Recently Internships were also announced through Prime Minister’s Youth Internship Program for the students.

The internees will be paid stipend of Rs. 14000monthly and the period of internship will be 3 to 6 months.

Fifty percent of stipend i-e (Rs. 7000) will be paid at each month end whereas the other fifty percent will be gathered and paid at the successful completion of the internship. 

At successful completion of internship, certificates will also be presented to the internees.

Who Can Apply?

Domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

16 Years of Education in IT, Computer Science or Information Communications Technology for internship in Software houses.

14 years of education if the candidate is applying in Call Centre (BA or equivalent)

Education completed in last 3 years
