IUB issues MA/MSc annual exams schedule 2013

Bahawalpur, Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB) Examinations Department has announced the dates for commencement of Annual Examination 2013 , receipt of admission forms and fee for M.A / M.Sc Examinations for fresh, private, regular, private, failed, late university and late college candidates of Previous/ Final/ composite Examination.

According to the declared schedule, the exams will start with effect from August 06, 2013 and last date for receipt of admission form and fee with late fee is June 10 while admission form can be submitted with late fee of Rs 1000 till June 20 and with double fee up to July 05, 2013.

The regular candidates can submit admission form online and the colleges are required to submit the hard copies of admission form along with all the attachments duly verified and attested.

Private candidates can submit hard copies of admission form along with attested attachments.

The examination centers will be organized in Bahawalpur, Hasilpur, Chishtian, Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar, Khanpur, Rahimyar Khan, Sadiq Abad.

Privates candidates who want to appear from any of these examination centers should clearly write the name of the examination center of their choice in the specified column on the front page of the admission form.

Regular students of Colleges, Late University/ Late College Candidates should submit their concerned forms and fee duly attested by their Chairman/ Heads of respective departments/ Principals of the Bahawalpur on closing date mentioned in the schedule failing which the concerned student-college will pay the late fee of the higher slot.

While external/ private candidates should directly send their attested admission forms along with bank challan receipt in original directly to the controller of examinations, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The admission from must be accompanied by the attested copies of Migration Certificate in original, copy of Pass Result Card/ Degree, CNIC, One Passport size Photograph duly attested.

The candidates graduated from other universities are required to enclose the NOC along with admission forms.
