IIU to appoint 15 professors for various departments

Board of Governors of the International Islamic University (IIU) has permitted for the appointment of 15 full professors to the various departments of the university.

This approval was given during the 78th BoG meeting headed by the principal of International Islamic University Dr. Masoom Yasinzai.

The appointments were analyzed as well as finalized by the earlier selection boards of International Islamic university.

During the meeting, the contributors also discussed the revolutions as well as the advancements of the plans of the university as well as the projects. They said that the orientation of the new professors will strengthen the academics wings of the university and that’s why the and hence, help in enhancing the standards of education and research activities on campus.

At the same time, the principal of International Islamic University Dr. Masoom Yasinzai as well as the President Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh praised Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani on becoming the first woman speaker of the Balochistan Assembly.

As a member of the International Islamic University Board of Governors and the Selection Board, Rahila Durrani joined the 78th meeting of the BoG. During this meeting, she was given a university memento.

The principal as well as the president of International Islamic university acknowledged Rahila Durrani’s contributions to the educational and to the social spheres and wanted her the best of luck in future activities.
