Peshawar: It is informed that the admission procedure for F.A / FSc. (1st Year classes) for the academic session 2016-17 at Hakeem Abdul Jalil Nadvi University College for Boys, University of Peshawar (UoP) will begin according to the schedule given below. Students can get the prospectus along with the admission forms from United Bank Limited (UBL), University of Peshawar Campus Branch on working days by paying Rs.500/-.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission in FA / FSc
The candidates who have secure 45 percent marks in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examination 2016 or Supplementary 2015 from any board with Science are eligible to apply for admission in the respective institute.

Important Note for admission seeking students
o The admission procedure will begin from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on all working days.
o The admission in FA / FSc will be granted completely on merit.
o Application sent by post or submitted after the due date will not be entertained
o The selected applicants must deposit college admission fee on the date of interview.
o All the applicants must be present along with their parents or guardians on the day of interview.
o The applicants must bring original documents, 3 passport size attested photographs together with the original Migration Certificate (for the aspirants passing SSC from Boards other than Peshawar) on the day of interview.
o The sample of affirmation given in the prospectus must be attested by an oath officer on stamp paper of Rs.30 and must be submitted on the day of interview.
o College will also remain open on Saturday for collection of Admission forms.
o Admission forms must be submitted at the College along with:
o A single attested photo copy of D.M.C, Provisional, Character & Domicile Certificates
o An attested photocopy of Father’s or Guardian CNIC
o Hifz-e-Quran Certificate (if any)
o University Employees Service Certificate (for the son of University Employee)
o Equivalence Certificate from IBCC where appropriate.
It is also important to mention here that:
o One seat in each discipline is reserved for every province (excluding KPK)
o NADRA registered Afghan residents have 5 percent quota reserved for them. They shall be charged normal fee like mentioned before.
o Foreign residents on a student visa shall be given admission as per the rules of University of Peshawar stated as foreign student Admission Rules.
