Mardan: Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education, Mardan (BISE Mardan) has announced the annual results for 2016 today. The total passing percentage of science group remained at 89.4 % while the passing ratio of Arts group remained at 59.5 %.

For this purpose, the representative of BISE Mardan board holds a press conference on June 15th, 2016 (Wednesday) in which he announced the name of position holders for Matric annual exams 2016.

10th class result 2016

While talking to media, Muhammad Zahid Khan said that in 10th class Science Group total 36,060 students appeared in the exams out of which 32,238 declared pass and the passing ratio for 10th class science group remained at 89.4 % whereas in Arts group total 24,246 students appeared in exams out of which 14,604 students declared pass and the passing percentage for arts group remained at 29.5 %.

9th class Result 2016

Likewise, 65678 aspirants appeared in exams for 9th class out of which 36316 students were successful. The overall passing ratio remained at 55.29 per cent.

Science Group Position Holders

o   Sara Khizer of Noor Education System Khweshgi, Nowshera secured first position among the science students by obtaining 1041 marks out of 1100.

o   Second position was grabbed by Afarnesh Sheraz of Marghuz Swabi with 1039 marks.

o   Third position was clinched by Yasin of Katlang by obtaining 1035 marks.

Arts Group Position holders

o   In the Arts group, Muhamamd Ziaul Islam of Zarobi, Swabi secured 940 marks and stood first in the exams.

o   Second position in arts group was grabbed by Ruba Khan of Presentation Convent High Schoo,  Nowshera. She secured 906 marks.

o   Third position was clinched by the candidate of Centre for Speech and Hearing Mardan, Noor Muhammad with 891 marks.

Institution Wise Ranking

Institution wise, Peshawar Model School Mardan secured first position whereas Kernal Sher Khan Cadet College Swabi, Presentation Convent School Risalpur secured second position and Peace Model School Nowshera grabbed third position.
