Peshawar: The Jinnah College for Women stood once  again at top by securing almost all the top positions in bachelor annual exams.

According to the announced result, total 33,400 candidates appeared in the BA/BSc exams, out of which 10,100 were declared as successful along with the passing percentage of 30%.

As always the girl’s outperformed boys in the exams by obtaining all three top positions in both BA and BSc.

Sara Nihar of Jinnah College for Women secured first position in BSc exams. She was followed by Ms. Shahzadi Zohra Gul and Ms. Nazish Naeem both from Jinnah College for Women who secured third position by obtaining 472 marks respectively.

In BA Hira Farooq of JCW clinched first position and followed by Ms. Ghania Mubarak of Army Burn Hall College Abbottabad who secured second position whereas Ms. Ayesha Jaffar of JCW clinched third position in BA category.

The vice chancellor of University of Peshawar Prof. Dr Muhammad Rasul Jan was the chief guest of the ceremony that was organized in honor of position holders and he gave away merit certificates, cash prizes as well as University shields to the position holder aspirants. He announced free education for all the position holder students upon chasing their higher studies at UoP.
