Girls beat boys in DI Khan board 10th result 2016

Dera Ismail Khan: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dera Ismail Khan (BISE DI Khan) on Monday announced the first 20 position holders of matric annual exams 2016 whereas today board announced the overall result for these exams. We have also uploaded the result here on this website. Students of the respective board can check their result here without any inconvenience.

In DI Khan Board, the first three positions in Science Group were clinched by the students of private schools in which Karishma Batool Durrani of Shan Model High School, Paharpur, and Azqa Maheen of IIUI School, DI Khan, stood first by securing 1029 marks out of 1050.

Hafiz Wajahatullah Anwar of Iqra Education System School and College obtained second position by securing 1026 marks whereas the third position was grabbed by Samina Kanwal of Shan Model High School, Paharpur, by obtaining 1010 marks.

Likewise, Momina Khaliq of Government Girls High School No.1, Tank, of Arts Group stood first by securing 872 marks.

Bisma Kanwal of the Government Girls High School No.2, DI Khan, secured second position by securing 856 marks.

Naila Ali of Government Girls High School No.1, Tank, clinched third position with 839 marks.

According to the board authorities, 19,716 candidates appeared in matric annual exams 2016 held under the supervision of BISE DI Khan. Out of which 15,175 students declared passed and the overall passing ratio this year remained at 76.97 percent.

In the meantime, University Wensam College organized a ceremony to distribute cash as well as other prizes among the 20 position holders of BISE DI Khan board. Commissioner Dr Akhtar Nazir Warraich was the chief guest of the ceremony.

The first position holder was awarded with the cash prize of Rs 50,000, second position holder as awarded with the cash prize of Rs 45,000 whereas third position holder was awarded with cash prize of Rs 40,000 and the remaining position holders were given cash Rs.20, 000 each.
