Islamabad, Federal Public Service Commission FPSC has announced the schedule of Competitive Examination (CSS)-2015 to fill the posts in BS-17 in different occupational Groups/Services under the Federal Government. According to declared notification the exams will be held on Feb 14, 2015.Soon the FPSC CSS Date Sheet 2015 will be announced and available at ilmkidunya.
The last date to submit the form in terms of age, domicile, qualification etc has been fixed as December 31, 2014.
The eligibility criteria lie on both male and female including disabled persons with at least Second Division Bachelor’s degree. The age of candidates must be 21 to 28 years till Dec 31, 2014. The upper age limit can be relaxed by two years.
From Oct 01 to Dec 31 candidates can apply online for CSS exams by submitting hard copy of online form and documents. The syllabus and rules of course are available at FPSC website www.fpsc.gov.pk.

Formal advertisement for submission of application form will be issued in the last week of September, 2014.
The Central Superior Services CSS Test is organized every year for the recruitment of posts in BS-17 in different occupational Groups/Services by Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan (FPSC) Islamabad.
Overseas students can also apply and can be eligible with an equivalent degree of the same qualification while the Pakistani Commission makes the final decision.
According to statistics, as many as 8,000 to 10,000 candidates apply for CSS exams every year and 5,000 to 6,000 of them appear and about 250 to 500 hopefuls qualify the written portion of CSS test. Among these successful candidates around 100 to 150 (roughly 2% of the actual applicants) get the opportunity and hired for the posts.
