Few days left for NBP student’s loan scheme application submission

A Qarz-e-Hasna Scheme has been re- launched under the name “Student Loan Scheme” by Government of Pakistan in association along with major commercial banks of Pakistan with a view to provide the financial aid by way of mark-up free loans to the eligible students without sufficient resources for chasing scientific, technical as well as professional education within Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan has launched this scheme in November, 2001.

The aspirants of following disciplines are eligible to apply on the prescribed forms that are available on the official website of NBP.

·         Biology, Molecular Biology & Genetics

Deadline:

Last date for submission of application forms for NBP student’s loan is 30^th May 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:

Under the scheme the students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

1).The candidate has obtained admission on merit through normal course / procedure in the approved universities / colleges of the government sector.

2).The candidate fall within the age bracket of (at the time of admission)

3).The candidate has secured 70% marks in the last public exams.

4).The candidate is unable to chase studies because of financial constraints.

5).Each candidate must submit the application forms complete in all way

6).Each application must be supported by the attested photocopies of:

a).Certificate from the vice chancellor / Principal / Registrar

b).The candidate must make sure that every column and blank space of bonafide certificate proforma enclosed have been filled completely and clearly as per the requirement i.e

·         date of admission

·         subject

·         Duration of Course

·         Last public examination result

·         Present year of study

c).Matric, inert certificate, graduation & post-Graduation Degree

d).Details marks sheet of last Public passed exams

e).In case, if the parent(s) or Guardian are is in services, the income certificate must be attached with application form whereas for the rest it should be obtained from the Area Councilor of Union Council.

f).Attached Photocopies of Domicile and CNIC of parents and candidates
