Lahore: Lahore High Court has seek out more evidences on a petition requesting for permitting the students to sit in Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education exams (9th class exams) without their B-form issued from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
On Wednesday, judge of Lahore High Court Ayesha A Malik postponed the hearing on the petition after asking the petitioner’s counsel, Advocate Sheraz Zaka, for submitting more arguments on November 9th, 2016.

Petitioner Tahir Khan had submitted the education board authorities should be inquired over the necessary requirement for a NADRA B-form, which had not been made compulsory by any law or notification.
He claimed that the requirement of B-form was just a plot for asking money.

“When the birth certificate of students already shows their origin as well as the nationality then why is there a B-form requirement imposed on students?” Advocate Sheraz argued.
The counsel of board sought time from the court to explain the policy on this issue.
