ECAT Result 2014 Announced

ECAT result 2014 has been announced by the official of University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore on 29^th August 2014 at 7:00 Pm. At first, the authorities have said that result will be announced on 31^st August 2014 but they announced the result two days earlier. All students who were appeared in ECAT entry test can check their result on official website of UET by providing their roll numbers and CNIC numbers. ECAT test was held on 24^th August 2014 on Sunday and thousands of candidates appeared in the test and now the ECAT result 2014 has been announced by the officials of University of Engineering and Technology.

University of Engineering and Technology (UET) is the biggest name in the field of Technical Education in the entire World. As the competent candidates who have desire to become an engineer must have to get admission in renowned Engineering College or University and thus the first name that come in their mind is UET which is known as one of the top leading educational institutes in Pakistan.

To get Admission in Engineering Colleges and Universities, the candidates must have to appear in ECAT entry test conducted by UET and for this reason, students have to get registered online soon after Intermediate exams. University of Engineering and Technology (UET) every year holds ECAT test ending dates of august and for this Year University has conducted ECAT test on 24^th August 2014 and now University has announced the results.

For Admission in all Private sector Engineering Colleges and Universities of Punjab ECAT entry test were held in eleven (11) examination centers of Lahore, Islamabad, Harappa, Bahawalpur, Multan, Taxila, Mianwali, Faisalabad and Gujrat. There are only 5,000 seats available for candidates to get admission in public sector colleges and universities whereas approximately 45,000 appeared in test held under the supervision of UET. The total time for conduction of entry test was 100 minutes. During the test Vice Chancellor of University General (R) Muhammad Akram were also present there. This year the average of UET ECAT result 2014 is quite low as compared to the previous year and thus we are expecting for decrease in admission merit of University however, it will only be decrease to almost 1%.
