Chinese delegation visits UVAS

Lahore: Prof Dr Cheng He from College of Veterinary Medicine, China Agricultural University, Beijing, visited the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) on Friday and met with Vice Chancellor of UVAS Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha.

The delegation organized a meeting along with the UVAS professors as well as researchers and discussed all the possible zones of association, including disease diagnosis, vaccine production, joint research projects in poultry and livestock, exchange of teachers as well as of students etc.

The VC of UVAS briefed the Chinese professor on the UVAS campuses, labs, academic and research projects and national and international associations.

Prof Cheng briefed the UVAS professors and researchers on research priority regions of the China Agricultural University besides numerous opportunities of cooperation.
