Multan, Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan has declared the BA/BSc registration schedule for the Annual Exam 2015 for its private candidates.
All the concerned private candidates can submit registration form along with single registration fee of Rs. 1510/- till July 25, with double fee of Rs 3020 till August 15 while with triple fee of Rs 4530 up to August 29, 2014.
After August 29, the registration form and fee would not be accepted by respective banks. University will not extend the registration date.
Registration forms are available at the HBL and United Bank branches of Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan Division. University does not considered the registration forms with incomplete information / documents and candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility requirements. The candidate should fill his / her form himself / herself and get it attested from a gazetted officer.
Candidates have to send NOC if the F.A or equivalent exam has been passed to the Council outside the jurisdiction of the Bahauddin Zakariya University.
Students who have passed intermediate or equivalent examination in the 2013 can apply for BA/BSc private examinations or students who have passed intermediate supplementary examination 2013 needed to attach the original fail certificate of annual examination 2013 with registration form.
Candidates who have completed their education from religious institution have to submit the attested copy of Equivalence certificate. In case of A or O level candidate has to get IBBC equivalence certificate and the attested copy of CNIC of the candidate or B Form having CNIC number.
The candidate residing outside the Bahauddin Zakaria University Multan has to submit additional fee of Rs. 1500 along with Registration fee.
The candidate must write a personal postal address for university record and Roll number slips, result cards and degrees will be sent to the same address.
