BISE Lahore issues schedule of matric annual exams 2013

Lahore, The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore has declared on Thursday that the secondary school annual examination (matriculation) for 2013 will start on March 2.

Meanwhile, BISE Rawalpindi has announced that SSC annual exams would start from Feb 23. Let's see which date would be finalized.

The board has uploaded admission forms and the fee schedule for regular and private candidates on its website www.biselahore.com. The board will receive forms online as well as at its facilitation centres set up on board premises.

Candidates can submit forms with regular fee from Dec 7 to 24, with double fee from Dec 26 to Jan 2, 2013, and with triple fee from Jan 3 to 10. After this date, forms will be collected with triple fee and a per day fine of Rs500.

In 1954, The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore (BISE Lahore) started its working as a commanding body for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations.

It conducts examination within its jurisdiction and the present areas under its umbrella are Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikupura and Nankana Sahib.

BISE Lahore announces date sheets for matric exams a month before the exams commencement. BISE Lahore conducts its matric examination in March and Inter exams in April. Announcement of matric result is usually made in July or August.
