Islamabad, Both boys and girls have clinched top positions in Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Secondary School Certificate SSC Part 1 Annual Examination Result 2014. The detailed result can also be checked at below link
"A total of 80,106 candidates appeared in exams out of which 47,073 could pass it by making pass percentage of 58.76 percent. The performance of regular students was relatively better than private and ex-candidates"
As many as 67,092 regular candidates sat in exam and 66.3 percent of them (44,479) successfully clear it, while around 13,014 private and ex-candidates took the exam by making pass percentage of 19.93 percent.

The first positions went to Zohaibul Hassan, Amna Sarfraz, Shibra Khalid, Mahnoor Bilal, Aafia Rafique and Usama Yousaf with 515 marks out of 550; 2nd position clinched by Zeeshan Ahmed, Muhammad Abdullah, Humna Ghazi, Hareeba Tirmizi, Fareena Yasin, Ayesha Rafiq, Natasha Saleem, Soha Yaqoob, Rimsha Mubeen, Noor-e-Kashaf and Samiya Basit with 514 marks, and 3rd position went to Mahmoodul Hasnain, Abubakr Aslam, Hashir Fahim Khawaja, Areej Mazhar, Areeba Farooq, Zinneera Basit, Tehreem Azhar, Shahzaib Gulzar, Arsha Amjad, Ayesh Mahmood, Hajra Iqbal, Eeman Ali, Rimsha Iftikhar, Hadiqa Shahid, Fatima Nasir and Hifza Noor with 513 marks.
Among the regular candidates, a total of 57,937 appeared including 35,563 boys and 22,374 girls and are of science group and in humanities group 9,155 including 7,323 girls and 1,832 boys.
The successful rat of science group is 39,297 and 5,182 from the humanities group.
Among the private and ex-candidates, as many as 9,271 sat in exam including 6,368 boys and 2,903 girls of science group and 3,743 candidates of humanities group.
Though, the successful rate of science group is 20.06 percent and 19.61 percent of humanities group.
Generally, as many as 11,807 candidates botched in one subject, 6,909 in two subjects, 5,167 in three subjects, 3,874 in four subjects, 2,808 in five subjects, 1,355 in six subjects and 1,020 in seven subjects.
FBISE controller of examinations (secrecy) Aslam Gul said that only those candidates would be allowed to appear in supply exams who took SSC Part 2 examination and such candidates who have failed one or more SSC Part 1 subjects can take a chance by reappearing along with SSC Part 2 subjects in upcoming annual exams. the result cards have been dispatched to all the candidates at their institute and home addresses.
