AIOU announces date sheet of Matric/FA/FSc/BA/BS programs

Islamabad, Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU has announced the exams schedule for semester spring 2013. According to the notification, the final exams of Matric, FA/FSc Diploma in Education, BA/BS (CS)/BS, Micro Biology and Chemistry programs will start from Oct 28, 2013. The date sheet of foresaid programs can be seen at the university website www.aiou.edu.pk.

Moreover, The University has also issued the schedule of postgraduate exams for the semester srpingt. The annual exams of MS, MPhil and PhD disciplines for the spring semester 2013 of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will start from Oct 21 all over the Pakistan. The examination controller Dr Hamid Khan Niazi briefed that roll number slips have been sent to all the respective students at their mentioned addresses through post.

Those who will not receive the slips till Oct 14 must contact the nearest regional office of the University of Directly Contact to Deputy Controller Abid Hussain Satti at phone number 051-9250051 and 9057648.

AIOU has a vast network of regional centers across the country which is providing educational services in Pakistan in the Middle East. AIOU is a Distance Education institution which is offering multi-disciplinary education from basic to doctoral level programs.

The university has established 36 regional campuses and centers across the country to manage and facilitate efficient system of education of the university. The qualified teachers and experts of several fields of study in their area and the university hire them as part-time tutors. Each group of students is assigned to a tutor for guidance.
