Agricultural University Peshawar closed after firing incident

The discharging of a gun through weapon between two student groups at the Agricultural University Peshawar, in which one student continued Spartan head injury, forced the management to close the institution for an indefinite period and evacuate all the hostels.

Police enter or record on an official list the first information report (FIR) of the incident and legal authority and take them into custody of 5 students. The students involved in the incident were escaping the place where an incident in fiction occurs, when police under arrest them, said Mohammad Arif, director management of the university.

Some reports recommended that the injured student Altaf Alam inhaled his last. But the director supervision disallowed the reports and said that he was still in coma in the hospital.The tautness started on Monday after a scrap between the two groups Pakhtun Students Federation (PkSF) and others, whose members’ amalgamating to any federation couldn’t be known. He added that three members of PkSF, who were in custody for their alleged involvement in the shooting, were blameless.

According to a particular source obtained, the protestors of PkSF had attacked and compressed some students for allegedly teasing university’s female students on Monday. On Tuesday morning, those students equipped with pistols came to the university and started firing at some leaders of PkSF near the Plant Sciences Department. The PkSF members also hit back.

A final-year student of Entomology Department, Altaf Alam, who didn’t have its place to any of the two groups, was hit by a revolver that was not meant for him, said witnesses. We have get out of all the boys’ hostels today. The girl hostels would be get out tomorrow. The overseas students have been shifted to the university guesthouse.

He said that some strangers it hailed so hard we had to stop from the villages contiguous to the university came to the university and attacked with weapons to the students, which end result in the miffed to an innocent student.
