Academic activities postponed in Karachi

Karachi, Several academic activities scheduled for Monday in the city were postponed after the government declared October 24 a public holiday across the country on account of the death of former PPP Chairperson Begum Nusrat Bhutto.

Controller of the Board of Secondary Education Rafia Mallah announced on Sunday that the supplementary examination of Mathematics for class X is postponed till 1st of November due to the death of former PPP Chairperson.

She also announced the new date of issuing mark-sheets of SSC part 1 (Science Group) and that is on Tuesday instead of Monday. Also another announcement is made by pro- Vice Chancellor of The Dow University of Health Sciences that all the examination schedules are postponed for the date later to be announced.

NED University of Engineering and Tech.
announced that interviews for admission to its Hafiz-e-Quran courses postponed to 25 October.
