Eligibility Criteria for CSS Exam 2021
CSS is became trending for those people who wish to get 17th grade or higher post job in govt. departments. This thing increased craze of CSS exam among the people. As per growing number of candidates Federal Public Service Commission defined an eligibility criteria to filter out good and average candidates.
CSS Exam 2021 Nationality Criteria
The candidate must have Pakistani citizenship and permanent resident of Kashmir and Jammu state.
CSS Exam 2021 Educational Criteria
The applicant must have bachelor degree (B.COM, BBA, BSCS, BA, etc.) with minimum 2nd division from any university of Pakistan and foreign university that is recognized by HEC.
The applicant that has scored 3rd division in bachelor degree but achieved 1st division in master degree (M.A, MSC etc.) can also apply.
CSS Exam 2021 Age Limit
The age limit of candidate for applying CSS exams is 21 to 30 years.
Age Relaxation for CSS Exam
2 year age relaxation allowed in exam like 32 year for employee currently serving the government ( to at least two year services) and this age relaxation is granted by the relevant department through provision permission certificate or if an employee belongs to tribe areas like, Baluchistan and Peshawar district.
CSS Exam 2021 Detail of Regional Quota is as under
- Over all Merit for CSS exam = 7.5%,
- CSS exam merit for Punjab = 50%,
- CSS exam merit for Sindh = 19%
- CSS exam merit for Sindh (Urban) = 7.6%,
- CSS exam merit for Sindh (Rural) = 11.4%,
- CSS exam merit for Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa = 11.5%,
- CSS exam merit for Baluchistan = 6%,
- CSS exam merit for GB/FATA = 4%,
- CSS exam merit for AJK = 2%.
Note:
- For woman, 10% quota reserved from the part of Provinces or Regions merit.
- For Minorities or NON-Muslim its quota reserved is 5% from Provinces or Regions merit.
- No separate quote assigned or fixed for disabled candidates. The criteria of disable will be done accordance with the Government Recruitment Policy.
