ILMKIDUNYA Motivating its Representatives.. Good Initiative

Yesterday I was honored by the CEO of ILMKIDUNYA.com website for a meeting as
recognition of my healthy participation at IBIT's Page on their website as the
Student Representative.
The office is at a very spacious location opposite to pace and Hafeez Centre and
the view from the corridor window was really delightful.
The Meeting was a face-to-face introduction with the ILMKIDUNYA IT and Media Teams
as well as a bird’s eye view of the operations facility situated at Gulberg
Lahore.
Also under discussion came issues regarding importance of web advertising as well
as suggestions regarding improving of the web portal of our site.
The matter of my induction in the team as regular representative following issuance
of certificate as well as my Representative ID was also motivating for me and
i feel eager to participate even more.
Although Mr. CEO himself couldn’t join us but Mr. Sajid of the Media, the
Main person i communicated to proved a very nice person and a polite soul. Then
there were Mr. Rizwan, Mr. Mehran, Mr. Usman and other fellows from the IT Team
Working hard burning midnight oil to develop and sustain the portal to what it
has become now, A Premier Source of Information for All Educational Institutions
across Pakistan.
The visit was rounded in a light mode and refreshed with a cup of tea and lots
of good hopes.
I think it is a healthy activity to involve representatives like this making them
feel attached. I feel proud of being part of this hard working team and look forward
to contribute even more.
