Who can become an ilmkidunya.com representative?
Anyone with a passion to help students is welcome as a college
representative. Initially we offer ‘Basic Representation’ status to
new representatives.
You must be ILMKIDUNYA.com member for a minimum 1 month period prior
to applying as representative.
Stages of representative status
a. Basic Representation Status:
Every new representative is given the status of ‘Basic
Representative’. As a basic representative, you are given a
certificate for a limited time of 1 month. During this period,
you are required to submit at least 5 contributions (see
Responsibilities of ILMKIDUNYA representative).
b. Full Representation Status:
If a representative performs good as a Basic Representative,
he/she is upgraded to the status of ‘Full Representative’ and
gets:

- Visiting Cards
- Certificate of Representation from www.ILMKIDUNYA.com
Responsibilities of a Representative
1. College Information Update
As a representative, you'll be required to view your
college/university main page on www.ilmkidunya.com and make sure
that all the information is correct and continue sending your
feedback on any new relevant updates.
2. College/University Q&A Section and Discussion Forum
Any visitor can ask questions about any college/university. As a
representative, you’ll be required to answer these questions.
3. News Updates
As a representative, you will be asked to send to us regular news
updates on recent events and activities at your college. The news
can include announcement of results, convocations, seminars and any
other activity that may be or interest to students.
3. Events Converge
If any major event is going to happen at your college, we’ll work
with your to do maximum coverage of this event with photos and
stalls etc. You are advised to inform us at least 2 weeks before the
event so that necessary arrangements can be made.
4. Admission Notices
You may send us latest admission offers from your
college/university.
5. Multimedia Contribution
You are highly encouraged to send us maximum photos or videos of
your college premises, faculty or everyday college life.
4. Suggest Featured Students
We have a regular section where we provide profiles of high
achievers. If you think there is a student in your college who has
perform extraordinary in academic or extra curricular activities,
send his/her profile to us and we’ll make that student a ‘Featured
Student’
5. Submit Articles
You can submit articles on any topic to www.ilmkidunya.com. You can
even encourage your friends to submit articles to the website
directly.
6. Misc. Contents
www.ilmkidunya.com is very encouraging. We welcome any sort of
contents or information that you think will interest students. It
may be a report, thesis work or an interview; we’ll welcome that.

Full Representative is entitled to predefined points and cash

Redeeming your points:
You can redeem your points at any level at 500, 1000 or 3000
points. To redeem your points, you simply need to send an email to
reps@ilmkidunya.com
describing your current point score and your postal address with
phone number.
