Words We Utter
So much has been read, written and said about words in different themes and different moods.
"Words are powerful or speaker; where an orator uses the words after his will and nobody is an orator without words."

You wake-up in the morning and no matter you is deaf or normal person, in all religions, people say sacred words on their bed; then they meet each other and some good mannered people greet each other and some do not. Then you get ready to come out of the home into your street, if someone knows you, you exchange some greetings with him, then you move forward, go into the hustle and bustle of life and speak so much…. Some listen so much, however some speak so much, so much that they just keep the other person only to listening.

Sounds that we utter in human species, we call them our language, birds also make the sounds, which are actually their language…I wonder that how they use their chirping for present, past and future. Probably sometimes long chirping and sometimes very short, when they are talking about past and future, it is a long chirp and shorter chirping when topic is present.

Some say words are more powerful than anything in the world. Is it right??

To be very honest, I found my words seldom affect anybody. When I go to my teacher to get my marks corrected, he says students always cry, even if they get 99% and you just go away. Whenever I say to my teacher that now his verbal frequencies are going to burst my head and he should stop the lecture, he keeps on delivering … so on I found words merely meaningless voices in such incidents.

A child is making a crackle sound in the mid of the day and crying over spilt milk from his feeding bottle, his sound is like a powerful one and everyone goes to get him quiet and no one says, “Just go away”…

Our word is more affective or smoke of cigarette??? I think smoke of cigarette because it defeats at least two highly powerful things…. One is the statement of cigarette pack, other is the people around.

Scholars have used words in many ways, some use them to make poetry, some use them as prose, some to write an essay but some “Scholars” only stick to few words that make up their “Names”-----This later category of scholars starts from students to mere motor mechanics, who write their names again and again and limitless times. May be they forget it very often or do not know anything other than their names or simply don’t want to know anything else?

Some good marketing companies use magic of words to attract people, this is either in the form of one sentence, one word, now a days the new cellular phone companies make nothing but complete five minutes add films playing full length songs, means they actually use power of words to sell their products; If they make their service better it would be more profit generating…. Well this shows their belief in the Power of words.

A scholar should be better defined as a person who presents and easy thing in a difficult way. Our grammar scholars are not lacking in this very quality. They have made so many categories of simple words that now a days “Third WORD WAR” is expected. In one thick grammar book there is verb, noun, adjective, tenses, times, present, past, future, their definitions, their examples and their exercises all are gathered in such a way that people should admit their defeat before the power of words, in fact that of scholars. Not only this, words and their types in the grammar book are themselves confused, so they have followed the rules of Allah and “Made their tribes and families and groups so that they could recognize each other”…. Still words are increasing everyday and more grammar rules are being invented. Dictionaries are the places where you can find a surplus of words. One word, then long list of its synonyms, it is a noun, it is an adjective, its uses, in short words always tend to confuse the simple reader.

I wonder whether people create words or words create people. When a politician is a complete politician? Two options: When he starts talking and promising like earlier politicians OR When a non-political person speaks the political dialogues… The whole lot of puzzling talks, confusing actions and sugarcoated promises are made and used by a politician, but these words make his personality too. This point is confusing enough to tell who is more powerful…THE WORDS OR A POLITICIAN.

To see the power of words, a classroom even in a university, is a good example. Students speak in low volume, but when all speak in a low volume, they all gather to make a high volume. Then to make thing clear to their listener every speaker in the room tends to utter such frequencies that GOD FORBID… They just tend to rupture ear drum, break the nerves, get the face red, enough to generate highly exothermic reactions inside the room that leads to the bursting of window glass, and further creating a jolt in the foundation of university building…This is not the case of power of words but power of STUDENTS. See the power of student unity!!!

After this much arguments still not able to suggest whether words are powerful or speaker; where an orator uses the words after his will and nobody is an orator without words. Words appear to be defeating the scholars in grammar books, but still scholars are not ready to except the defeat.

War continues…hope you find selection of words and thoughts in this article up to the mark…and the writer may win the war against words, no doubt WITH THE HELP OF WORDS.
