Last date to apply online: November 10, 2025

After completing the online process, submit a hard copy of the affiliation request form along with the paid challan and required documents to the Affiliation Branch, University of Sargodha.

💸 Application Fees

⚠️ Important Notes

Colleges are not authorized to commence any academic program without prior affiliation approval. Any admissions made without formal permission will be the sole responsibility of the institution.

For programs requiring professional accreditation, obtaining NOC from the relevant council (e.g., Pharmacy Council, NTC, Allied Health Council) is mandatory.

All programs must also be registered with DPI (Directorate of Public Instruction).

The University reserves the right to reject any affiliation request without stating a reason.

Only institutions located within Punjab and recognized by HEC are eligible.

Institutions in the Federal Capital (Islamabad) must obtain NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
