Admission form must be accompanied by the following documents.

Marks certificate of the qualifying examination (All marks certificates of Matric/ F.A/F.Sc or equivalent examination.

Character certificate issued by College Principal/ Institution

Migration certificate (if applicable)

State subject certificate (if applicable)

Domicile certificate

National Identity Card
-
Five Passport size Photographs
-
No objection certificate (NOC) in case of those serving in Govt. or any other Institution, from their employer.

The candidate must write a personal postal address for university record and Roll number slips, result cards and degrees will be sent to the same address

Online admission forms can be taken at the Ilmkidunya website and also at the university website and nominated branches of the HBL bank. Private candidates have to submit application form and fee in HBL branches located in their areas nominated by the university.

The candidate who has passed Intermediate/Higher Secondary examination from some other University/Board should submit the original migration certificate along with photocopies of other certificates.

The candidate is advised to select the subject of his/her choice for admission very carefully. After getting the admission the fee/dues once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.

Incomplete forms shall be rejected and returned directly.
