Every year DG Khan board of intermediate and secondary education conducts the annual exams of matric and intermediate for the registered candidates. In order to appear in the annual exams, the first requirement is to submit the admission form according to the schedule provided by the board officials. Without the submission of the admission form, the candidates will not be able to appear in the annual exams of SSC and HSSC. The separate admission forms have been provided for the candidates of matric and intermediate and they have to submit the forms accordingly. It is mandatory for the students to fulfill the requirements mentioned by the concerned authorities. Matric Admission Forms
The candidates can appear in the various categories for the annual exams of 9th and 10th class that include fresh private candidates, already appeared and already registered candidates. After the selection of the category, the form will be processed and the candidates have to enter the required details.

Initially, the candidates have to enter the basic details such as the candidate's name, father’s name. b-form number, domicile, address, gender, medium, and other such details. The candidates are informed to enter all the information carefully as any wrong details will lead to inconvenience.

Afterward, the candidates have to enter the academics information such as the study group and the compulsory and optional subjects.

The next step is to enter the details about the proposed examination center.

After filling the admission form it should be saved and submitted so that the candidates registered to appear in the exams.
BISE DG Khan Intermediate Admission Form
For the submission of the intermediate admission form, the candidates are required to follow the schedule provided by the DG Khan board of intermediate and secondary education. The board provides the schedule at least a few months before the commencement of the exams so that the candidates can submit the admission form according to it. After the registration of the students, the board issues the date sheet for the conduction of the exams. The candidates can appear in the various categories for the annual exams of 11th and 12th class such as full appear, already appeared, full appear already appeared, marks improved in 11th class, marks improved in 12th class, marks improved in 11th and 12th class, marks improved in the selected subjects, additional subjects and the different other categories.
