The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur (BISE Sukkur), was established in 1979 under provision of the Ordinance. This board has power to regulate, develop and organize matriculation and intermediate examination under its jurisdiction.

At present time of its jurisdiction, BISE Larkana conducts examination within its jurisdiction. The Talukas under Larkana board jurisdiction are Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Dadu and Khairpur are included in it.

BISE Sukkur conducts its matriculation exams in the month of April and while intermediate exams starts in the month of May. Results of matric are usually announced in the month of while Inter exams results are announced in the month of September.

Sukkur board is working for the betterment of nation by conducting examinations in a transparent and effective way. In this way students can get better learning environment which helps them in future to work better in the competitive environment.
