Board of Intermediate Education Larkana (BISE Larkana) was established as separate entity in 1995 through the "Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. This Board has the power to organize, regulate, develop and control matriculation and Intermediate Education within its jurisdiction.

At present time of its jurisdiction, BISE Larkana conducts examination within its jurisdiction. The Talukas under Larkana board jurisdiction are Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Dadu and Khairpur are included in it.

BISE Karachi conducts its matriculation exams in the month of April and while intermediate exams starts in the month of May. Results of matric are usually announced in the month of April and May while Inter exams results are announced in the month of September.

Larkana board is working for the betterment of nation by conducting examinations in a transparent and effective way. In this way students can get better learning environment which helps them in future to work better in the competitive environment.

BSE Larkana is known for its fair and transparent results among other boards of Sindh. Thousands of candidates appear for matric and inter exams through this educational board.
