Lahore, The Government College University Lahore Political Science Department has initiated one-year Post graduate Diploma (PGD) in Pakistan Affairs. The admissions to the diploma are opened and the last date for submission of admission forms is Jan 30, 2012 while classes would commence from Feb 2, 2012.
GCU Political Science Department Chairperson Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt said that there is great dearth of opportunities of quality higher education for the students having two-year graduation degrees, so GCU has introduced the diploma as evening programme to provide opportunities to these students to enhance their knowledge and qualification.
He said that the Department would introduced more modern post-graduate programmes.
